What to expect in a mat pilates class
You can expect in a mat pilates class to build strength from the inside out. You can read more about this in our journal.
Core-Focused Movements – Pilates strengthens deep abdominal muscles, improving stability and posture.
Breathwork and Flow – Learn to move with control and intention, connecting breath with movement.
Supportive Environment – Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, our classes are accessible, welcoming, and designed to meet you where you are.
Stretch and Strength – We focus on lengthening and strengthening muscles to improve overall mobility and flexibility.
Each session is designed to be accessible and adaptable, so you’ll leave feeling stronger, more centered, and ready to take on your day.
Pricing is individual to each studio.
That being said, we believe mat Pilates should be accessible to everyone, because movement is for every body. Whether you're trying Pilates for the first time or adding it to your weekly routine, we want to make it easy to prioritize your well-being so please reach out if money is an issue.
Make It a Ritual: Coffee Dates After Class
One of our favorite pre or post-class traditions? Grabbing a coffee and catching up with friends! After class, head to one of Eagle Rock’s amazing coffee shops. A couple of favorites include:
Creature’s Plants & Coffee – Known for welcoming outdoor space surrounded by beautiful plants you can buy.
Unincorporated Coffee Roasters– A cozy spot right next door.
Found Coffee- Though you’d have to drive a little further, it offers some of the best coffee in town and the friendliest staff
